Paid a business through a pay link or QR code?
Your money went from your UPI app straight to that business's bank account. Pro UPI QR never receives or holds it, so we can't see, reverse, or refund the payment. Contact the business that sent you the link. If money left your account but the payment failed, contact your bank or UPI app with the UTR number.
