Pro UPI QR is an independent web utility and is not associated, affiliated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any official capacity connected with the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI), BHIM, Unified Payments Interface (UPI) network, or any governmental regulatory bodies.

The official website of NPCI can be accessed at npci.org.in. All official terms, policies, and API specifications relating to Unified Payments Interface are governed by NPCI.

2. Trademark Disclaimer

All product names, brand logos, and registered trademarks displayed on this site—including but not limited to Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay, GPay, BHIM, and NPCI—are the exclusive property of their respective owners.

The inclusion of brand-styled template options, brand presets, or brand logos is done solely for consumer convenience (e.g., helping merchants indicate which scanner apps their QR code accommodates). Use of these trademarks does not imply any endorsement, sponsorship, or association between the trademark holders and Pro UPI QR.

3. No Financial Services Offered

Pro UPI QR does not hold funds, execute bank transfers, or act as a bank, payment aggregator, or payment gateway. Static tools package user input into a UPI URI. Hosted checkout pages display a merchant's QR and status, but money still moves through the payer's UPI app and banking providers.

4. Payment References Are Not Bank Verification

A UTR or transaction reference entered by a customer does not prove that a merchant received money. Pro UPI QR labels such submissions as pending. Merchants must verify settlement in their bank or gateway records before marking an order paid, providing goods, or issuing a refund.

5. Dynamic Redirects and External Sites

Account holders choose their dynamic QR destinations. Pro UPI QR does not endorse those destinations and cannot guarantee their content or availability. We restrict destination formats and may disable abusive campaigns, but scanners should still inspect the destination and payment details before continuing. Report suspected phishing to abuse@proupiqr.in.

6. Informational Tools

Calculators, legal or tax summaries, limits, error explanations, and articles are general information, not financial, accounting, tax, legal, or regulatory advice. Rules and provider behavior can change. Check current official sources or a qualified professional before relying on material decisions.

7. Use at Your Own Risk

We provide this tool for free to help small business owners and content creators. We offer no guarantees that the QR codes generated will operate uninterrupted, scan correctly on every device, or process without failure. Users must verify the generated QR code by performing a test scan before printing or placing it at payment checkout counters. We accept no liability for any errors, transaction failures, or lost revenue.
