Print Free UPI QR Code Sticker Sheets on A4 Paper

One standee at the cash drawer creates a queue. An A4 sheet of 4, 6, or 12 UPI stickers lets you put the same VPA on the POS, the parcel tape-down, the glass door, and the table. Generate the sheet, print on matte label stock, and test-scan two stickers before you peel the rest.

Generate the A4 sheet

1. Open the A4 UPI QR sticker sheet generator.
2. Enter payee name and UPI ID.
3. Leave amount blank for a general counter. Lock an amount only for a labelled SKU (₹150 tiffin, ₹500 pass).
4. Pick a grid:
   • 6 / A4 — 85×85 mm, default shop counter.
   • 4 / A4 — 95×95 mm, acrylic inserts.
   • 12 / A4 — 60×60 mm, parcels and receipt backs.
5. Print A4 or download PDF. Cut on the marks; do not scale-to-fit in the printer dialog.

Make them last

• Prefer matte vinyl over copier paper.
• If you only have paper, a strip of clear packing tape over the QR is a crude waterproofing — still worse than vinyl.
• Dark modules on a light background. Do not invert.
• Quiet zone: do not crop into the white margin.
• Test two apps on the first sticker, then peel the rest.

Frequently asked questions

Q1. Are these stickers compatible with PhonePe, GPay, and Paytm?

Yes. They encode a standard NPCI upi://pay URI. Brand headers on the sheet are visual only.

Q2. Can each sticker have a different amount?

Generate one sheet per amount (₹100, ₹200, ₹500) and label them on the paper outside the QR. Do not write across the modules.

Q3. Is there a licence fee?

No. Pro UPI QR does not charge MDR. Bank-to-bank UPI is 0% MDR; RuPay credit card on UPI above ₹2,000 may carry interchange.
