UPI QR Code for Tuition & Coaching Center Fees

Fee Collection Models
Model A: Static QR + Manual Note

Model B: Dynamic QR per Student / Month
Generate QR with am=3500 and tn=Rahul-April2026 for each reminder.
Pros: Exact amount, fewer errors. Cons: New PNG per student monthly — use bulk QR guide for scale.
Model C: Fixed Batch QR
One QR per batch (Batch10AM-Fee-4000) shared in WhatsApp group.
Pros: Simple for group admins. Cons: Parents must not pay wrong batch QR.
Setup Guide
- Register institute bank account; get UPI VPA in institute name.
- Use Tuition Fees Card template on Pro UPI QR.
- Print A5 for office wall and A6 for classroom notice board.
- Share PNG in parent WhatsApp group with payment deadline text.
- Match UTR from bank statement to student register weekly.
