Soundboxes listen to your PSP's payment stream and announce 'received ₹X' within seconds of credit. During rush hours, the audio confirmation frees you from checking your phone after every sale — and instantly exposes customers showing fake payment screenshots.
Providers (Paytm, PhonePe, GPay/Banks) bundle soundboxes with merchant accounts, sometimes free against monthly volume commitments or rented cheaply. They pair alongside — not instead of — your printed QR standee.
