Setup Steps

1. Open a current account in the clinic or hospital trust name (avoid personal doctor UPI for institutional billing).
2. Request merchant VPA from the bank — e.g., cityclinic@sbi.
3. Generate standee on Pro UPI QR with registered trust/clinic name as payee.
4. Print A5 counter standee, verify payee name with ₹1 test.
5. Train reception to confirm payment screenshot before token issue.

Compliance and Patient Trust

• Display clinic registered name exactly as bank-verified on UPI screen.
• Issue printed or SMS receipt with UPI reference number (UTR).
• Do not collect advance via QR without appointment confirmation policy.
• For high-value surgeries, combine UPI with formal invoice — QR alone is not a legal receipt substitute without your billing system.
