How to Get Bank-Issued UPI QR
SBI

HDFC

- Branch-assisted QR for SmartHub POS merchants.
ICICI

Axis Bank
- Axis Mobile / Bharat Pe partnerships (varies) — check Axis merchant dashboard.
PhonePe / Paytm / GPay Business
